The Metro Jets are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Coach to join our Premier League Reserves program for the 2026 season.

1 December 2025 – 30 September 2026
About the Role
The Assistant Coach will work directly alongside Michelle den Dekker OAM, Metro Jets Head Coach and highly respected High-Performance Coach, to:
Deliver a high-performance training and game environment.
Support the development and progression of athletes within the Premier League Reserves program.
Contribute to a professional and competitive coaching unit.
Requirements
Applicants should:
Hold (or be actively working towards) an Intermediate, Advanced, or Elite Netball Coaching Accreditation.
Have experience coaching in a high-performance or athlete development program (highly regarded).
Demonstrate a strong commitment to player development, teamwork, and coaching excellence.
