What you’ll do

• Lead the Reserves program with energy, direction, and a clear vision for success.

• Develop athletes to thrive at the highest level, preparing them for Premier League and beyond.

• Create a high-performance culture that’s competitive, professional, and empowering.

• Be a coaching leader within the Jets community, mentoring, inspiring, and setting the standard.

What we’re looking for

• Proven coaching experience at Premier League, State League, or equivalent highperformance level.

• A sharp eye for talent and a commitment to player growth and development.

• Strong leadership and communication skills — someone who can inspire athletes and staff alike.

• Tactical smarts, technical expertise, and the drive to get the best out of every player.

• Passion for creating pathways and helping athletes succeed.
